A Worthy-Vocation Enlightens the Spirit and Strengthens Morals
Yesterday the Holy One sent us a Jingle-to-Mingle with our community; a short and sweet call for Mercy and respect for God while living His-Calling.
Heavenly Father have Mercy on my Body;
Lord Almighty have Mercy on my Mind;
Sweet Jesus have Mercy on my Spirt;
Spirit-of-Christ have Mercy on Me!
Tending-Flock is a daily Chore, full time Profession, and part time Job. If not careful routines can strain Spirits and seed Envy spinning around Society. A Worthy-Vocation enlightens the Spirit and strengthens Morals which in turn occupy Time and Space allotted by God. Life-on-Earth is a choice between Doldrums or Beatitudes, which will You choose?
“Finally, all of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted, and keep a humble attitude. Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will grant you his blessing. For the Scriptures say,
“If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies. Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it. The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil.” (1 Peter 3:8-12 NLT)
Fellow parishioners are known for their poise and purpose in our Lord’s Kingdom. This year’s assignment is to “be tenderhearted, and keep a humble attitude so that PEACEFUL activities Prevail”. Wonderful things can flow through people sharing their Time and Space in Good-Works.
