Life depends on God’s mystical mix of Sun, Earth, and Water
A caption from today’s Wall Street Journal bashes our Secretary of State, Mr. Kerry. “Are you a “Passionate Advocate” on Climate Change? Mr. Kerry is maintaining a firm stance on Global Warming as should all Earthlings.”[1] Not because of our political beliefs, labor outlooks, or economic woes, but because the World is indeed heating-up! The Holy Spirit warned all nations to be Prudent and Responsible inhabitants of this planet. No matter when, where or why God’s creations live, their life depends on His mystical mix of Sun, Earth, and Water.
The article titled, “Six Threats Bigger than Climate Change.” While I agree threats from Iraq, Afghanistan, Russia, Iran, Syria, and North Korea bent on sucking the United States and its allies further into the evils of war are perplexing; God knows best. Maybe it’s time to “Be God’s Ears,”RG and listen to prayers of Hunger, Heartbreak, and Thirst. And if at all possible keep our War Marbles in pocket and regroup.
Then begin teaching Children who know nothing of World Peace, but depend on the scruples of men and women for their future, about Faith in God. In fact, it is right to give President Obama’s administration Thanks and Praise for keeping their pact toward environmental protection. The Evils of War are minuscule when compared to a World Wide Famine.
“Don’t be misled. Remember you can’t ignore God and get away with it. You will always reap what you sow! Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful desires will harvest the consequences of decay and death. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.
So don’t get tired of doing what is good. Don’t get discouraged and give up, for we will reap a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time. Whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone, especially our Christian brothers and sisters.” (Galatians 6:7-10 NLT)
