As we enter further into this holiday season there is much to be grateful for; God is Generous to those who accompany His teachings. Even so, many people lack basic Food, Water, and Shelter which are often taken for granted by Developed Societies. Yahweh developed our bodies to endure many hardships, we can survive on a minimal stipend of food and water as long as there is Faith. Read this quote from your library collection: “I learned that every diet is a Prejudice, and that the small intestine will make humanity out of everything reasonably resembling food.”[1] Alden, the character portrayed in the proceeding line was visiting Russia around 1917.

Nourishment is vital for human health and well-being. Most, if not all, countries have yet to abolish Starvation. Peoples of all ages can be found suffering from malnourishment in just about any territory; even worse are those who lack Faith in God. Jesus taught believers to share their abundance of food and water with those in need; and to preach the Gospel to the Poorest of the Poor. Those without Faith in God the Father, lack the basic foundation for Life. Nations cannot live up to God’s expectations without a religious groundwork; many have tried but their peoples still stomach tasteless Fruits of Labor & Hunger for Salvation.

“You have heard the Law of Moses says, ‘Love your neighbor’ and hate your enemy. But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For He gives His sunlight to both evil and the good, and He sends rain on the just and on the unjust, too.

If you love only those who love you, what good is that? Even corrupt tax collectors do that much. If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else? Even pagans do that. But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:43-48 NLT)

Today’s message is not just about nourishing our neighbors, but about LOVING them. God nourishes both Evil and Good, and both evil and good have failed to share their portion of Food, Water, and Shelter enough to LOVE their own. You would think that by know 2nd & 3rd world countries would have ascended out of Faithless Famine & Starvation; turns out even developed nations fail to nourish their Populations according to God’s will.
