Remember the Commandment, Thall shall Not-Kill?

Do Sad reports in the news keep rifting your Spirit? In a recent issue of the WSJ, citizens of Brazil show Revenge, Hate, and Brutality in attempt to police their streets. According to its report, ” Lynch-Mobs” have decided to take justice into their own hands; “If we don’t deliver justice ourselves who will?” and “Violence runs in their veins and they couldn’t stop themselves.” [1]Bringing a criminal or suspect to justice can be done by Local-Militias without condemning yourselves to Death or Eternal-Damnation for Murder. Remember the Commandment, Thall shall Not-Kill? Ancient Scripture describes demons leaving their Host-Soul for another weakened by Revenge, Hate or Envy; do you think times have changed? The folly of a Rock-Bottom-Healing system is no different; did Christ condemn or incarcerate the Sick, Weak or Outcast before Saving them?

“Meanwhile, Saul was uttering threats with every breath and was eager to kill the Lord’s followers. So he went to the high priest. He requested letters addressed to the synagogues in Damascus, asking for their cooperation in the arrest of any followers of the Way he found there. He wanted to bring them—both men and women—back to Jerusalem in chains.

As he was approaching Damascus on this mission, a light from heaven suddenly shone down around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul! Saul! Why are you persecuting me?”

“Who are you, lord?” Saul asked. And the voice replied, “I am Jesus, the one you are persecuting! Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”

The men with Saul stood speechless, for they heard the sound of someone’s voice but saw no one! Saul picked himself up off the ground, but when he opened his eyes he was blind. So his companions led him by the hand to Damascus. He remained there blind for three days and did not eat or drink.” (Acts 9: 1-9 NLT)

The answer to Justice is God, but many regions have lost Faith and “Murder without remorse.”1  The Evil-One accounts for most of the current dilemma, for a Society without Godliness is open to the Plague-of-Darkness and every sort of Injustice. Our Lord can and will Seek-Justice when sought out in Prayer or openly defied. Those who feel abandoned by other Citizens, State and Government are not alone.  However, the Trinity warns Viciousness begets Violence which harbors injustice at every level. The answer to regions bound in death and darkness is Jesus-the-Nazorean; His-Following strengthens all who call His Name.
