Should God Call: please answer, Here I am..
Here I am Lord to Have, Hold, Justify and Protect from the follies of this World; a sphere of undaunting Sorrow and Lawlessness. Should our Lord call upon one of our children what will they reply? In a perfect world the great I-Am would have no problem gaining followers. His historical Truths would be known and understood as Gospel-for-Life.
Think how wonderful life could be after inception into Christ; His Living Words maintain sanity in an otherwise chaotic society. Our Brothers and Sisters strongly recommend teaching children how to answer God’s call. We assure you one day your offspring will receive their chance to answer as Samuel, son of Eli, did say “Speak Lord, for your servant is listening.”[1] Explain the importance of being prepared for the coming of the Lord.
When my children were growing, they were exposed to everything but the Gospel-Life. Our familial support came from partying people who lived for the World and trusted each other for Safeguarding. Which in my case led to many hardships and eventual family-demise? It took many years before my conversion but Thank God for that Salvation.
Eventually the Lord-of-Salvation takes refuge in our Sinful-Selves to breed Hope for future generations. Let us join our families in Prayer to protect them from Evil and Lack-of-Control by teaching them to answer “Yes” to the Glory-of-God.
So when he had washed their feet [and] put his garments back on and reclined at table again, he said to them, “Do you realize what I have done for you? You call me ‘teacher’ and ‘master,’ and rightly so, for indeed I am. If I, therefore, the master and teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash one another’s feet. I have given you a model to follow, so that as I have done for you, you should also do.
Amen, amen, I say to you, no slave is greater than his master nor any messenger greater than the one who sent him. If you understand this, blessed are you if you do it. I am not speaking of all of you. I know those whom I have chosen. But so that the scripture might be fulfilled, ‘The one who ate my food has raised his heel against me.’ From now on I am telling you before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe that I AM. Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever receives the one I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me.” (John 13:12-20 NABRE)
Christ taught that only God is truly “Good”; however, as humans we can be converted into His-Goodness by asking and responding to His-Call. God is Father, Son, and Holy-Ghost are calling. You’ve been chosen to share these Truths; you are among the Holy-Ones; you also are elected to Praise and Glorify in Jesus-Name!
