The End-of-Advent shines the Light-of-Christmas present; were all your lessons met with Holiday-Cheer? Merry men and women stand in the presence of God, earnestly waiting Good things to come. The Birth-of-Christ is such an event, our Messiah’s birth is celebrated regardless of Tsunamis, Oil-Embargos or Market-Manipulation. His-Living-Words compel people to Pray-for-Peace, Forgive-any-Foible and Calm-Critters of ill repute; can we do the same?

”Finally, all of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted, and keep a humble attitude.

Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will grant you his blessing.

For the Scriptures say, “If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies.

Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it.

The eyes of the LORD watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the LORD turns his face against those who do evil.”

Now, who will want to harm you if you are eager to do good?

But even if you suffer for doing what is right, God will reward you for it. So don’t worry or be afraid of their threats.

Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.” (1 Peter 3:6-15 NLT)

Over two-thousand years ago Jesus surmised a Following-of-Faith that continues to Mystify those who fail to Let-Love-Prevail.  Through Thick-and-Thin there is the Wisdom-of-God. Over Mountain, Valley or Rooftop the King-of-Kings survives this World-we-Live; how mighty is He whose Kingdom will never end. Spiritually speaking, what would our lives become without resistance? Our Lord confronted Evil, struggled with Temptation and Survived every venture God foretold for the Good of all Creation; His Reign revealed how far True-Living-Conditions were from God’s design.
