Stand –up and Boost the Lord your God!
The Majestic One frequently harps about Eating, Breathing, and Working hard to keep fit. Humans need adequate nourishment to the brain. Vitamins and nutrients feed the brain, but movement keeps life support systems healthy. According to my local newspaper, Bay Area News Group, “Moving muscles carry blood and oxygen to the brain. Physical inactivity causes Foggy Brains, Strained Necks, and Inflexible Spines.”[1] Not to mention low self-esteem, weak sex, and disease; people need to be active so God can breathe New Life and Spiritual Energy into their person.
Individual souls make up the Church; together we form One Body sanctified by the Holy Spirit to carry out God’s plans. Our Lord’s projects are not simple or confined to closed quarters. Life on a Sofa, in a Cubicle, or at small Work Stations is suffocating, so take precautions to combat any long lasting effects. Our Churches vitality depends on Your-life of physical & mental well-being. Jesus took Physical and Mental health to its highest level performing Miracles and Gathering emotions. He often Traveled, Fasted, and Ministered for days moving from place to place Teaching and Motivating all Creation into ACTION!
“Moses and Aron were among His priests; Samuel also called on His name. They cried to the Lord for help, and He answered them. He spoke to Israel from the pillar of a cloud, and they followed the laws and decrees He gave them.
O Lord our God, you have answered them. You were a forgiving God to them, but you punished them when they went wrong. Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at His Holy Mountain in Jerusalem, for the Lord our God is Holy!” (Psalm 99:6-9 NLT)
Get out from behind the pews, stand-up and move in and around your hometowns. Visit others places Walking and Talking in the name of our Lord. The Church is vast and covers this earth with Physical and Mental Energy. People are made to Spring-forth new life. If you’ve been crying to God for Relief, Support, or Forgiveness for being idle your answer is: Stand –up and Boost the Lord your God!
