The Son’s Light in Covid Times
Christ, the Son of God, shines forth through His followers all over the world. His Light is Boundless and Radiates a warm colorful Spectrum-of-Hope; the gamut is featured in grateful individuals who administer Peace-Love-Joy to others. During Covid-Times they worked as the beat of charitable servers which God posted strategically throughout the land for their Glory. Now’s the time to realize how fortunate we are to have survived, thus far, the sinister trail of Covid-19.
The menacing pathogen of Covid-19 brought out the True-Living-God in all of us. Some may question the existence of God, but we know how delighted you are to be alive. Your ability to Treat, Console, Pray and Inspire together are examples of Divinity; our character can be challenged but heavenly Gleams-of-Faith overcome contested despair.
When I prayed and asked God about Covid-19, His Spirit led me to a Funk & Wagnalls search, where the word Criminal was extrapolated. Still anguished by what that meant, I now come to you brothers and sisters, as One-in-Christ who boldly speaks His-Living-Words. Dear Lord, help us to realize your Love-for-Humanity. Lead us in Peace and give us Joy; even though the offender’s have yet to be discovered, your Light-Will-Shine!
“I have told you this so that you may not fall away. They will expel you from the synagogues; in fact, the hour is coming when everyone who kills you will think he is offering worship to God. They will do this because they have not known either the Father or me. I have told you this so that when their hour comes you may remember that I told you. “I did not tell you this from the beginning, because I was with you. But now I am going to the one who sent me, and not one of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’
But because I told you this, grief has filled your hearts. But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I go. For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. And when he comes he will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and condemnation: sin, because they do not believe in me; righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see me; condemnation, because the ruler of this world has been condemned.
Coming of the Advocate “I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now. But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth. He will not speak on his own, but he will speak what he hears, and will declare to you the things that are coming. He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you. Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.
“A little while and you will no longer see me, and again a little while later and you will see me.” So some of his disciples said to one another, “What does this mean that he is saying to us, ‘A little while and you will not see me, and again a little while and you will see me,’ and ‘Because I am going to the Father’?” So they said, “What is this ‘little while’ (of which he speaks)? We do not know what he means.”
Jesus knew that they wanted to ask him, so he said to them, “Are you discussing with one another what I said, ‘A little while and you will not see me, and again a little while and you will see me’? Amen, amen, I say to you, you will weep and mourn, while the world rejoices; you will grieve, but your grief will become joy.” (John 16:1-20 NABRE)
Thank goodness for your overwhelming desire to have and behold what is Truth. Our Lord answers petitioners from every walk of life; get to know one another through His-Living-Proclamations. There are troves of information from which to grow, let yours be from our Living-God; “because the ruler of this world has been condemned.”
