When Christ appeared to a couple of distraught townsmen He listened to their story and offered them condolence with Scripture stories. Reminding them of what was written and what truly had come to pass.

The Fruit-of-Salvation awaits your selfless Love. Have you shared His Body and Blood lately? God determined long ago who is who in the River-of-Truth and began diversifying. His Eternal Words now flow endlessly through electronic fellowship, if you Love Jesus help feed His Flock!

”And they approached the village where they were going, and He acted as though He were going farther.  But they urged Him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is getting toward evening, and the day is now nearly over.” So He went in to stay with them. 

When He had reclined at the table with them, He took the bread and blessed it, and breaking it, He began giving it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized Him; and He vanished from their sight. They said to one another, “Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?”(Luke 24:33-38 NASB)

When were your eyes opened? When the Holy Spirit invited you to dine with Him did you recognize who He was? God takes on many faces, in a multitude of places. Modern disciples have something to give; they instill God’s word into the community of Christ flowing freely in One-Body with countless Windows.
